Summertime Fun Easy to Find in Springdale
It's easy to find summertime fun in Springdale! Whether you're enjoying a minor league baseball game, taking in a summer musical, letting the kids splash at the region's largest aquatic park or cooling down at the region's only ice rink, Springdale has something for everyone.
The Northwest Arkansas Naturals, Double-A affiliate of the Kansas City Royals make their home at Springdale's Arvest Ballpark. It's great family fun and their season runs through Labor Day . The region's top community theater - Springdale's Arts Center of the Ozarks - will stage its annual summer musical July 11-13 and July 17-20. This year's production is Cole Porter's "Anything Goes." The award-winning Springdale Aquatic Park has something for every age and is located in beautiful Murphy Park. The Jones Center for Families, which boasts the region's only ice rink, also has a free concert series that includes Trout Fishing in America July 26.
