Springdale Industrial Park
The Springdale Public Facilities Board manages two conventional industrial parks. A heavy industrial park is divided into three regions while a light industrial park is platted and available for businesses requiring less than three acres.
All city-owned property is serviced by all utilities and is zoned I-1
Available online are aerial photos and plats of these industrial park areas. The Heavy Industrial Park is divided into a Mountain Road North Region, a Monitor Road East Region, and a Monitor Road West Region. The Light Industrial Park is located on either side of Turnbow Avenue in Springdale.
