CENTRAL LOCATION

With the 2009 completion of the Huntsville Avenue extension that runs along the northern boundary of the Springdale Technology Park, Park tenants now have convenient four-lane access west to Interstate 540. The Springdale Technology Park, located at the northwest corner of the Emma Avenue/Monitor Road intersection, is minutes away from Downtown Springdale, the Springdale Municipal Airport, U.S. 412 and Highway 265.

COVENANTS & MISSION
The Springdale Technology Park has I-3 Planned Industrial District Zoning. Established to provide for modern, efficient and well-designed industrial facilities in a park-like setting, high development standards are a key feature. In addition, the Springdale Public Facilities Board has approved a set of covenants and guidelines for the purpose of protecting the investments made by knowledge-based tenants.

It is the Board's goal to place in the Springdale Technology Park companies utilizing technology that earns revenue in the marketplace through the intellectual activities of its employees, who have some form of specialized training and are paid at a relatively high wage when compared to the community.

INCENTIVES
An attractive menu of incentives is available through the Arkansas Economic Development Commission for qualifying businesses interested in relocating to the Springdale Technology Park. Significant incentives are available for firms involved with research and development as well as for start-up companies in emerging sectors (advanced materials and manufacturing systems, agriculture, food and environmental sciences, biotechnology, bioengineering and life sciences, information technology, transportation logistics and bio-based products).
