One of three key elements to the Springdale Chamber Small Business Stimulus Plan, Developing Business Expertise, offers options for a business to learn more about issues that impact it on a daily basis. Whether learning more about insurance or human resource issues, asking questions of an attorney or accountant, these elements offer affordable real world help:

• What Small Business Should Know About... Seminars
• Mix/Meet/Learn Seminars
• Marketing to Different Generations Seminar
• Customizing Customer Sales & Service Seminar
• NWA Economic Summit

What Small Business Should Know About... Seminars -- Every business owner would like to know more about one or more key elements that make a business successful. This series delivers an expert panel in an informative luncheon setting.

Mix/Meet/Learn Seminars -- It's one thing to listen to a keynote speaker or panel address key issues. It's another to have experts at your table offering free advice. These seminars provide help in an "up-close-and-personal" way.

Marketing to Different Generations Seminar -- Facebook. Twitter. Texting. These and many other technologies can be used to make business more profitable and consumer friendly. We'll show you how.

Customizing Customer Sales & Service Seminar -- If your business deals with customers, chances are your employees could use a refresher course in customer relations. This seminar, scheduled for Aug. 17, delivers useful ideas in a fun format that will leave your employees eager to serve.

NWA Economic Summit -- This two-day focus on the successes and development vision of Springdale will transform how the region and state moves forward in areas like technology, retail and venture capital. The event will be held Nov. 11-12 at the Northwest Arkansas Convention Center.
